Hi, Im building a pc ( http://www.pcspecialist.co.uk/quotes/amd-bulldozer-top-spec-pc/BBppzHtwa8/ ), Is the Super Quiet 22dBA Cooler a good cooler for the FX-6300 with 2 gtx 770s?

Yes, it would be an ok cooler.

Another good option would be the Hyper 212 EVO, it's performance can match other coolers that cost a lot more.

One quick question about fans, does the CORSAIR 230T COMPACT GAMING CASE - RED LED + SIDE WINDOW come with 2 built in fans? because it will support the hyper 212 evo.

Yes, it comes with one front fan and one rear fan.

As long as it isnt costing a lot more for a 230T.

The cooler you had suggested would be ok, its just that the Hyper 212 EVO would keep the processor cooler..
