Normally i played with ultras and 60 fps but one day my bf3 just started lagging , i can see it in the loading screen the blue square is laggy and when i join the game it's just horrible . My other games work perfect so i think it's just the BF3 and btw my BF3 is 32 bit.

Found a solution, but this thread was abandoned so I didn't bother with posting it, but here is the solution:
Go to origin and go to settings and disable origin in game....there was sth wrong with the latest patch....this should fix it

Open Device Manager from the Windows 7 Control Panel.

Note: There are also a few other ways to access Device Manager in Windows 7 but opening it via Control Panel is probably easiest.

In Device Manager, locate the device that you want to find the driver version number of.

Note: Work through the hardware categories by clicking the > icon. You'll find the specific hardware device you're looking for under one of these major hardware categories.

After finding the hardware device you're looking for, right click on the device's name or icon and click on Properties.

In the Properties window for the device, click the Driver tab.

On the Driver tab, look for Driver Version among the other statistics about the driver. It will be located above the several buttons.

Next to Driver Version you'll see the version number of the currently installed driver for this device. This is what you're after.

oh you have windows 8...i am so sry, should've asked you that.
Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, and then tap Search.
(If you're using a mouse, point to the lower-right corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer up, and then click Search.)

Enter Device Manager in the search box, and tap or click Device Manager.

In the list of hardware categories, double-tap or double-click the category your device is in and then double-tap or double-click the device you want. For example, to see your video card, tap or click Display adapters, and then double-tap or double-click the video card name.

http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop?os=Windows%208.1%20-%2064#amd-catalyst-packages
Go to this website and download the BETA drivers..I repeat the beta..when you finished downloading it don't install it yet:
1. Go to control panel and uninstall the current video driver (normally it's under the programs tab, and the video driver is called amd/ati Catalyst install manager)
2. After you've finished uninstalling yor screen will be very f**** up. Don't worry, it will ask you to restart your computer, so restart your computer.
3. When windows boots up, go to downloads and install the beta drivers you downloaded earlier. Again after that it will ask you to restart your computer. Restart your computer.
4. When you boot up try bf3 now.
I had the exact same problem so I think it will work for you too

Not a solution xD. I have the same problem. Today i have 1/6th of the fps I had yesterday, only in bf3. Tried Dota 2, Sniper Elite v2, no difference there. No software/hardware changes, so its must have been a patch on the game.
