This is my first custom PC, sadly I can't show everything like I'd want to for a means to get the best advice and help right now. So let me explain the best I can and show what I can and did prior to my situation.

I used to play minecraft during the alpha, got bored of it and moved on..Though when I got my previous GPU and found out about all the mods and other amazing additions to the game I had to get back in. Found my GPU wasn't handling 30+ mods with ease, ended up getting a new one. For some reason though it just didn't like the game. It would crash the display making everything a photoshop duo tone negative like image... Very annoying, and I looked around for help and really didn't get anything except, "Update the drivers." Well I did. I actually took the recommended and AMD beta drivers for my GPU and nothing close to an improvement. Sometimes though it would let me play, no crashing or anything. Though when I tried putting up mods, I thought maybe it was the mods? Uninstalled them, and I always keep a default version of whatever version I was using. 1.7.2 forge/stock. I ended up geting a new error.. "Display stopped working and has recovered." Of course, I look around, no real answers other then: Dust off the GPU, update drivers, and a few others. All of which couldn't apply to my situation and the ones I did try failed. Miserably. Then I found this video on youtube. It looked promising....

Yet, this had no help either. So I deleted the file I was told to create and went about reinstalling the drivers, Though this time I decided, "Well if the AMD drivers don't work, maybe there's some hidden thing in Device Manager I'm not seeing..." So I checked in Device Manager, nothing, up to date. I uninstalled the GPU though, and tried to reinstall it with the AMD thinking it would solve my problems. No luck, in fact my resolution after such went from 1920x1080 to 1020x720, and the drivers and GPU refused to install. Then I thought, "Well maybe it just needs a restart?" So I restarted my computer. So I'm restarting, booting up just fine... Then windows comes into a force repair, yet it says it can't automatically fix itself. I look at the error report and it reads this:

PS = Problem Signature
"Problem Event Name: StartupRepairOffline
PS01: 6.1.7600.16385
PS02: 6.1.7600.16385
PS03: unknown
PS04: 21200539
PS05: AutoFailover
PS06: 9
PS07: CorruptRegistry
OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.256.1
Locale ID: 1033"

I got nothing left in the means of money as of now and for awhile.. So someone tell me if this can be called a warranty problem, do I have to take it to a shop, can you tell me what to do and I can work from there, what? I sadly don't have any form of backup, mainly because the disks I have for it are all in a shed in a different state. Still finishing a move. Yes, I have tried to send it to factory defaults, it refuses to even give me the option to do so. I'm just left allowed to start windows normally or repair, I go normally and everything runs ALMOST just fine, about 3 seconds after I try to boot normaly do I get blue screened or restarted. I never even seen the windows loading logo or anything. Just black to blue, or black to restart.

You didn't read this very clearly, I can't get on my computer other then the windows repair and the ASROCK boot menu. So how do I install anything? I need a completely idiot proof guide, I'm no expert to this stuff at all in any means. This is all coming from my phone too, and again it doesn't let me reset it to factory default. Is there anything else I can do? Can I save the data on this HDD in any way? It was my back up, because the first burned in a bit of a fire but was blank. I wouldn't mind the data loss, problem is, it's literally not an option. Windows boot menu just doesn't let me take factory. What if I ran it with onboard GPU and took out the HDD or replaced it?

Just take out the little nickle shaped battery on the mother out for a full minute, and then try a reinstall of the os with no case fans plugged in, no video card, and only one stick of ram. If that won`t work try using the other stick in another slot
