I am not a hardcore gaming but I like to play heavy games like BF4, crysis 3, upcoming games like COD advanced warfare and more. I expect my pc to play future games at least at medium settings. With that budget I'd be looking at a 260x and the cheapest i5, and then upgrade the gpu in a couple of years when you can afford it. Buying anything worse than an i5 is in my opinion no future proof for gaming and should be avoided if you want to keep the CPU (one of the most expensive parts if you add the motherboard) the longest time possible.

Thx David093. I am going to use amd fx 6300 processor, I am just confused with Gpu and motherboard. What if I purchase GTX 750Ti gaming edition? Will it work for next 3 years with good Fps?

Look, for what I do know, an fx 6300 should give you better perfomance than an i3 but worse than an i5. Furthermore, you'll need a somewhat expensive (+70$) motherboard to get the best features and performance from that CPU. I'd go, if i were you, with that budget of around 430€ in my country, for an i5 4440 (150€) and a h81MB (around 50€). Then a decent PSU another 50€, case around 40, ram 2x4GB around 70€ in my country. That makes a total of 360€, and your total is 430€ (35k rupees in Euros) assuming that prices are around the same (I dont really know).
You have to add yet the GPU and a Hard drive if you dont own one that suits your needs already.
Give more info so I can help you the best way I can, and others could do so if you provide the prices in your country and so on.
Hope I've been helpful.

Ok ive looked in a store from your country and I found this:
Radeon r7 260x Rs. 10.755 http://www.theitdepot.com/details-Asus+Radeon+R7+260X+2...(R7260X-DC2OC-2GD5)_C45P21673.html
G.skill Ripjaws-X 8GB (2 X 4GB) DDR3 1600Mhz Rs. 6120
Gigabyte GA-H81M-S1 Rs. 3625
Corsair VS Series VS550 Rs. 3115

Until here would be roughly 24000 Rs.
Now if you could stretch to 45.000 You could get an i5 4430 for 12.000, the cabinet for 2.500 and the HDD for 4.000 that would make roughly 43.000.
If you TOTALLY can't afford this, or save a month to have a little more, then i'd suggest you to go either with the fx 6300 config (which I dont like because of the poor single threaded perfomance), or go for a i3 and give it a update to i5/i7 when you begin to notice that it's not enough power, if this happens. I would prefer to save for the i5 because then you won't have to worry about perfomance of CPU and just play at medium/high settings with a r7 260x or a better one if you can afford it.

Shall I go with i5 4430,then? I don't want to upgrade it for like 3 - 4 years. will it work?

It should work better and last you longer without needing to upgrade. An i5 is the recommended CPU nowadays for gaming, and it looks to be like this for a long time. That 265 is better than the 260x obviously, but also more expensive.
Look at FX vs i5 in this way: FX - more "cores" but weaker, draws more watts, runs hotter, performs less in general tasks. i5 - quad core with strong 4 cores, draws less watts, runs cooler...
Good luck with your build, hope you get a good one that performs good for years :)

I enormously recommend you to think it twice, i've seen a LOT of reports of people complaining about the performance of the FX 6300 for gaming, one real instance, a Spanish man who was getting this results in games, with the Fx 6300, the same MB you are planning to buy but the EVO R2.0, and a R7 270X, a card that should handle this games with no problem:
-Far cry 3 -ultra 40 fps
-Assasin creed IV -medium 45 fps
-SKYRIM -high 40 FPS
-sims 3 -high 30-25 fps

You should think about it and getting the best you can afford, and in my opinion that would be an i5 with a modest MB.

You are welcome. I'm also looking to build a new rig with some components that I already have and some that I miss (CPU, MB, Cabinet...), so while I gather info I try to help if I can do it :)
I've been seeing benchmarks and id say you will be fine with the cheapest i5 (4430 if I am right), because the rest of i5's give the same FPS in most of games. I'll be getting a 4670k if I can, just to be a little bit more future proof, but maybe I settle with a non K i5, it depends on how I get paid this days :D .
Good luck with your build mate, and I'm here if I can help you with any doubt. Have a nice day!
