Gaming PC $600-$800 Budget

I mainly play Diablo 3 RoS, League of Legends and sometimes starcraft.

Looking to be able to play at max settings with no issues.

The only thing I have is a mouse. I need OS, keyboard, monitor, optical drive, etc.
