First of all , I'll advice you to change your PSU.
Iball psu's are piece of crap, never put those power supplies near your system,
and you'll get a Cooler Master K281 in around 3000rs which allows a decent cabel management and decent airflow.

If you've a USB2 motherboard then you'll need a USB2.0 case or else you'll not be able to use those front usb ports but if you can manage to buy a USB3 to USB converter then k281 will be a good choice.
if not then you've Silverstone PS03B, Cooler Master Elite 311 , NZXT Source 210, Zebronics Bijli 2, Antex V1 that will fit in your budget.
Choose a USB 2.0 case from these cases because almost every case has a version 2 that has usb 3 in it, all the other things remains same.
