Hi,
I am building a PC next week, and I ordered a 500 Watts PSU. Is that good enough for my build?\

Wattage isn't what matters the most. Quality matters more and also amps on the 12v rail. The XFX 550w has 44 Amps on the 12 v rail which is good enough for your 760. It is also much higher quality than the EVGA PSU, don't get me wrong EVGA have some great PSUs but this XFX is better than the EVGA PSU mentioned.
