TF2 will surely run fine on the 9600 GT. It's an old card and doesn't perform well with today's games. But it will be ok with less GPU intensive games.

You could probably run Gmod , COD WAW, and DayZ , but turn down the srttings to its lowest and don't spawn too many things in Gmod.

Remember, the lower the screen resolution, the higher the FPS

It is not a bad card for gaming you will get about 35-37 FPS on games such as COD and BF4 i would say you should get maybe a little bit of a higer card for more FPS. If i solved you're problem please rate my answer

This is a forum where you should be discussing politely about PC problems. Not where you " level up " and get badges

My specs are:
Athlon II 240 x2
Ram 6gb ddr3
Currently a ATI radeon 3000

My budget is around 50-70 ,so I thought a nvidia 9600gt would be good.

It's definitely better to save $500 and get a whole nw PC, but right now a 9800 GT upgrade would be one option.
