The R9 290x will max all games at their highest settings with full AA on 1920 x 1080. Pair it with a Decent CPU and a strong PSU, and it'll be a beast

A R9 290 should pretty well dominate everything out there ATM and the Tri-X is a particularly good card, in tests it's VERY close to a stock R9 290X in performance and very quiet in operation.
Just be aware that like all cards of this type it needs good case ventilation to run at its best, good intakes fan/s are a must.
The FX8350 and PSU are plenty good enough.

BTW Watch Dogs isn't a completed game. Developers are trying to release their games ASAP , but as usual, the games end up with bugs. Watch dog's release date has been pushed to 27 July . Let's hope that they will improve AMD compatibility
