Hey guys I have an i5 4430 CPU and I am upgrading to an i7 4770k. I did purchase a h80i for future OC so I already installed that to save me some time. So, I was wondering how do i upgrade the CPU, do I just swape out the old CPU than pop in the 4770k and than mount the water block on? or is there driver insatllations or any of that stuff. Thanks again guys!:)

Eh, kinda both really. That old CPU is still pretty worth while, could sell it or give it to a friend.

One thing's for certain though, you definitely need to clean it off the block, you'll need to do this every time you remount. Replace it with one of the many available tubes of thermal compound on the market.
I like AS5 (Arctic Silver 5) myself, personally.

If you have a board with a socket that supports the 4770k then it should just be a case of replacing it and remounting the block as you say. (Apologies, I'm not too clued up on Intel sockets, 99% certain they both go into socket 1150 though).
Don't forget to clean off the old thermal paste thoroughly.
