I had to back up my Mac with a Seagate external hard drive. Well, now i can't find any of my files. This is my first time doing this ever. & Apple recommended this because they apparently had to wipe out my computer. I think i lost all of my work, all of my files. and etc. or im just stupid and can't see it. help? please.
