Need opinion on PC parts!

So i am buying a new PC soon guys and i chosen my parts,its a custom PC,and i need your opinion wether the choice is good and how well it will function.The parts are :
- CASE : Fractal Design Core 3000
- CPU :AMD FX-6300 3.50GHz
- CPU COOLER : Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
- MOBO : Asus M5A97 R2.0
- GPU : AMD Radeon R9 280 Sapphire Dual-X Boost 3GB
- HDD : 'HDD SATA3 7200 1TB Seagate Barracuda
- RAM : DDR3 8GB 1866MHz Kingston HyperX Fury White CL10
- PSU : 650W Cooler Master G650M
Also i will buy a 1080p monitor.I plan on using this mainly for playing games,surfing on the internet and so on.Im buying soon so i need opinions are the parts good all together,is the psu enough,will my cpu bottleneck my gpu,and other stuff.And as far as overclockig goes how well can i OC my CPU.

I think the price of this build is probably really good. Good value. You should get a good overclock of that CPU. It won't limit you in games. And the 280 should keep you gaming at High/Ultra in games.

PSU. Any other choices? with that said, 650W is plenty for any GPU up to a 780 or 290.

There is a 600W LC Power SilentGiant, LC6600GP2 V2.3 as another PSU option but i wanted to be safe with the CoolerMaster one.I probably will OC the cpu a bit while playing some new games that will come out like gta 5 and ac unity
