Like i said in the title. I tried all corectly even port forward and the firewall step by step i use a router tenda W311 AND connect to the main router (not sure what name is it ) it named darelink (made by vn) i use bukkit 1.7.9 r2.0 firewall allowed these port 25565 . And i port forwarded corretly. Need a help. My friend have use skype share screen to check it both are professionals and dunno what wrong if you would like to check it 4 me here is my skype : <Removed by moderator>. you say you done everything correctly - but it does not work..
Which suggests you did not do everything correctly.
disable firewall to test..
Recheck your port forwarding
Recheck he giving you correct IP address (remember - it must be the external WAN IP address)
Should work..
