Which AM3+ Motherboard Should I choose, and what Cooler? (Overclocked FX 8350)

I want to overclock, I'm getting a corsair h110 or something else, maybe one that allows me to make my own loop, but I have a price limit up to the Asus Formula V motherboard. If i should get this, how far can I overclock. Also What coooler should I get? I have $100 for that budget (15 dollars over is alright)

If you can fit it, the NH-D15 is about the best air cooler, or any one of the 280mm radiator LCS if that fits better in your case.

do you know any water coolers that allow you to expand it into an open loop? Or is there a 360mm rad all in one? I have an nzxt h440, and I can fit 2 360's, if they're slim, because there's a clearance issue with the mobo, but i can have a lot of radiators in there for a mid tower. Any products that meet my criteria?
