formating a write protected 16GB flash drive

I can not get my 16GB Transcend jetFlash 350 Format. It's time to fix the windows-is 31GB from 16GB. Now it is time to format "The Drive is Write Protected" showing diloga Box.

I am trying this Software also:-

1.Windows Disk Management for partitioning. But it Showing nothing on opption

2. BOOTICE software

3. and other formating softwares

Here is what the manufacturer says about that error:

"Why does my Jetflash become "write protect" or show "please insert disk"?

Please download the Online Recovery Tool from Transcend Download Center to re-initialize your JetFlash.

(Please check that you download and use the correct version of Recovery Tool for your JetFlash. You can also download the Recovery Tool from the model page according to your JetFlash model.)
Note! This step will erase all the data stored in your JetFlash, please backup your data first."
