So I recently built a PC but noticed something very strange when I logged on. I started up some programs, some of them were a bit loud so I clicked the mixer and it comes up with a little red cross next it and I can't hear anything. After that it says its detecting problems with the audio. I go on to the control panel to manage my audio devices and then it says "this computer cannot play audio because the Windows Audio Service is disabled. Would you like to enable it? (YES) (NO)". I click yes and the audio starts working again. I use the Giotech EX-05 headset on my PC which is plugged in via USB, so it gets its own option in the audio manager to set it as default. However, when I use any other audio device I still get the same problem. It doesn't sound like much of a problem, but some games that I have bought in the Steam Summer Sale simply don't have any sound when launched because the audio service gets closed! I've tried uninstalling the Realtek drivers which seemed to help but I cant use my mic which is seperately plugged in (It's a desktop mic). If anyone knows a solution to this problem or has encountered it themselves PLEASE tell me! Its driving me nuts! Thanks in advance

I used the disc in the box to install everything. Should I head over to the MSI website and download them from there?
