Dual-Channel memory can work only at 800MHz (@400MHz x 2).

Hello everyone, I have a problem that has driven me nuts, I don't know what's happening nor why.

I have a GSkill PC3-12800CL8D-4GBXM RAM memory, it's 2x4GB memory sticks 1600MHz (full PC specs below).

Now to the problem.

I recently found that the stick I thought it was broken was actually functional (I was using only 4GB). Installed it in Dual-Channel mode, but when I went to the PC properties I saw 8 GB, (only 3,96 usable) Whaaaaaat?
Well, searched over internet, and started playing with memory frequency and latency. Turns out that, If I downgrade the memory to 800MHz the system recognizes and uses 8gb, but only at 800MHz! I've found that I still have Dual-Channel at 1066MHz Memory frequency, but that's not the desired speed.

Update:
I have Windows 7 Professional x64
Motherboard official page:

All of what I've explained is exposed here:
Album with PC specs and everything else.

I've also found out that if I set the BUS/PEG frequency to 400, RAM works at Dual-Channel 1600MHz, but processor speed.... well, let's say that when the PC started it said "Overclocking failed, check your configuration at the BIOS".

Even setting the "CPU Ratio" lower, (8.0, 3200 MHz) it didn't worked, same error.

Any help would be appreciated!

PS: As you have seen, my native language is not English so I'm sorry for any grammar/spelling mistakes that this post may have.

Are you really at 6.2ghz? do you have liquid cooling because you can only get 5ghz max with air cooling.

I recommend that you..

1. unplug pc
2. remove bios battery for 15 minutes
3. remove memory sticks for the 15 minutes and replace them in the blue slots

Your bios will be reset to default so..

1. set memory to 1600mhz
2. set memory voltage to 1.5v
3. set timing to...

tcl: 8 trcd: 8 trp: 8 tras: 24 trc:34 command rate 2t

Let the motherboard handle the rest on auto.

If it goes well i can help you with proper steps for a overclock and getting the best memory latency.

Thanks for that large message, going to try it out now. Oh, and no, My PC isn't running at 6 GHz, it said "overclocking failed" when booting up, and core was running at 1600 MHz.
I don't want to go that fast anyways, I did that because of the RAM frequency.
