So I downloaded a program and I ran it, it was doing some stuff in the server console, I think it was deleting the net framework png. not sure but i know it was deleting PNG's or JPG's or some picture file. Because when Im on firefox it looks like this: https://imageshack.com/i/nl7k07p

im on windows 8.1 and just ran a virus scan

Update : I also cannot right click on the windows start menu button, if i right click, nothing happens.
