help for chose a mobo for fx 8320

i was planing to change to fx 8320 cpu but i need a mobo because my current one do not support am3+ so i decided to go for the MSI 970A-G43 Socket AM3+ because of the budget
but they said to me that this mobo has issues and will have problems with heat and temp and stabilty ,,, so the question now is the Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P Socket AM3+ Motherboard is that will handle the fx ?

I have the same processor, and use an Asus m5a97 r2.0. This board is awesome! Has an intuitive BIOS, plenty of fan connections, and is a very good board for the price. Also, no problems with temp or stability and I am a heavy gamer.
