What does this mean Help?????

I just built my pc, when I turn it on the ASRock LOGO appears then a black screen appears it says "Reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key"

Any help is appreciated thanks.

I don't have any OS But I am not sure how to get into the BIOS

Well until you get an OS you won't be able to boot into windows....

When you first boot up it should show the ASRock logo and a message below it saying " press f_ to boot to bios" or something like that.

It said

Press x to Enable X-Boost
Press F2 or delete to run UEFI Setup
Press F6 For instant Flash
Press F11 for Boot menu
Press Tab to switch screen

When I press these keys the message repeats. Any idea why.

When do I press F2 when the logo appears or when the black screen with text appears?

Keep spamming F2 when it starts up, it should send you to the UEFI Bios.

To press F2 do I press the FN key and then the key that has F2 on it?

No you press the f2 key alone at the top of your keyboard.
