I was thinking about overclocking my gpu but there is not much detail about overclocking specificaly palit gtx 780 on web... plus i want to know how far I could get in overclocking this gpu.... so need to know advice on it.Plus my gpu is clocked at 902MHz with boost upto 954MHz so by overclocking will it result to considerable boost in fps or not? my specs:-
CPU - i5 4670k @ 3.4Ghz
Graphic card - Palit jetstream GTX 780
HDD - Seagate 1TB
MoBo - gigabyte ga z87m d3h

first get a benchmark program like valley benchmark or something and try a good oc, 100mhz or more is needed to make a difference, see if your oc makes your gpu to noisy or unstable.
then if you consider the games you play, most of my games have the cpu as a bottleneck, i consider a gpu oc to add to max fps, and less to min fps in those cases.

your card is a lottery, but a benchmark online usually oc and see what they have done.
a fun part of pc is reading about performance, tweaking settings, make custom fan profiles, try overclock, manage the temps, see how silent you can make it.
