how to repair a corrupt usb

i m formattinf my usb but i dont work, it says tat your disk is write protected then i go for the read-only procedure but there is no option for that. then at last it tell me that the stirage may be corrupted.what should i do..

It's likely physical failure of the controller. There's no software by itself that can resolve this if that's the case.
