New build cooling advice please? i5 / Z97-A / 500R

Hi, new to the site & wonder if anyone can give me a little advice please?
I'm putting a Asus Z97-A mobo in a Corsair 500R case, i5 4670K with 2x Vengence 8Gbs.

I'm not keen on the idea of spending too much more & prefer the idea of quieter air cooling over a rad & fan setup, but could anyone recommend a relatively low-cost, effective tower cooler that will fit this setup & be an effective improvement over the stock cooler?

Many thanks, in advance.. great community here! some solid advice and cool tips.

I'm in the UK for any of our friends across the pond :)
