Our my Pc Parts compatiable?

Hello,
I am here to ask if all my pc components are compatiable.
What i would mainly like to know is if the ram will fit on the motherboard with that cpu cooler on it and will the graphic card fit , due to this massive cpu cooler , also does this mobo have all the necessairy connections for my components.

Mobo: MSI Z97 Gaming 7
Cpu cooler: Noctua NH-D14
Ram: Corsair CMY16GX3M2A1866C9R Vengeance Pro Series 16GB (2x8GB)
Gpu: Asus GTX 770 Nvidia
Case: Zalman Z11 Plus
Cpu: Intel Core i5 4670K
Hard drive : Seagate Barracuda 3.5 inch 2TB 7200 RPM 64MB 6GB/S Internal SATA Drive

Poor Quality Control, I get more problem calls on their mobos than any 2 other manufacturers put together, which is telling as I don't build with them, see many DOAs, as well as individual component failures on their mobos within 30-60 or days like DRAM sockets, PCI-E slots, ethernet and USB ports, etc
