Is a 650w psu good enough for this system?

So here's my system:
CPU- AMD FX 8320
GPU- R9 290 TRI-X
Mobo- 970A-UD3P
RAM- 2x4gb
HDD- 1tb
PSU- EVGA 650 w fully modular psu:

So my main concern is whether or not it will power the system. If not can anyone recommend the cheapest fully modular 700w or 750w psu?

That PSU will work just fine for the system.
