(Because I'm asking about CPU upgrades I hope I'm posting this in the right section. If not, I really apologize)

I was just given a Apple Mac mini "Core Duo" 1.66 and want to use it for an HTPC (DVD playing, 1080p video and some light surfing - I know I'll need to ). I was doing some research for CPU upgrade options and I think I have a few. I wanted to check with the experts to see if any of these would work. There are some pretty hefty price differences:

Intel Core2 Duo Processor T7200, 4M Cache, 2.00 GHz, 667 MHz FSB (BX80537T7200) - ~$80

Intel Cpu Pentium Mobile T7200 2.0Ghz Fsb667Mhz 4Mb Fcpga6 Core 2 Duo Tray - ~$40

Intel Cpu Core 2 Duo T7400 2.16Ghz Fsb667Mhz 4Mb Fcpga6 Tray - ~$125

I guess my question is two fold: Are any/all of those the right CPU type? And would any/all handle the intended usage (I know I'll need to max the RAM and I thinking the amount is dependent in part on the processor, right)?

In advance, many thanks!
