I would like a computer that is a good value for money that will be able to play at a decent resolution (same as PS4) at 60fps upcoming games like The Witcher 3, Far Cry 4 and Assassins Creed Unity.

I am planing on burying one of these:

R9 270x with win8 http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/FX-Six-Core-4-1Ghz-1tb-8gb-1600Mhz-AMD-R9-270X-2gb-Zalman-Computer-Windows-8-/171178864564?pt=UK_Computing_DesktopPCs&hash=item27db0e2fb4 £541

R9 280x with no OS http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/FX-Six-Core-4-1Ghz-1tb-8gb-1600Mhz-AMD-R9-280X-3gb-Zalman-Computer-Gaming-PC-/141127483491?pt=UK_Computing_DesktopPCs&hash=item20dbda8063 £545

R9 280x with win8 http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/FX-Six-Core-4-1Ghz-1tb-8gb-1600Mhz-AMD-R9-280X-3gb-Zalman-Computer-Windows-8-/151176870917?pt=UK_Computing_DesktopPCs&hash=item2332d7fc05 £615

Could someone please tell me which is the best price and also, if I get no OS, the cheapest way to get windows 8 onto th computer.

Thanks for any help

Of course you'll need an operating system, and you'd probably have to stick with Windows for now as it has the biggest list of compatible games.

My recommendation: Save up more money and get windows 8.1 + r9 280x. And if you are building a entire new computer, maybe we can help you with that too?

You'll save a lot of money by putting together all the parts yourself, and get much better performance.
