I always get one of these errors when I am running a graphically intense game. It happens every time when i am doing a benchmark in Unigine Heaven. I have tried many things. I have edited the registry with the "TdrLevel" and "TdrDelay". I have rolled back and tried countless different drivers. I really don't know what else to do.
-PNY GTX770 OC edition
-Windows 8.1
-FX 8350

I had this too, your gpu is dieing, or at least overheating.

I recommend opening up your machine, cleaning it and check the heatsync. if that does not work your card is just dieing.

I have only had the card for a few months, and I keep the fan at 100%. But I will check it out.

If thats the case you were proberly given a faulty card if you only had for a little while, if it has a warranty you should get it replaced asap and if not your should complain to whoever you brought it from and try to get another free of charge because that is unacceptable.
