Do you think the Noctua NH-D14 is the heavy ?

Hello,
I am here to ask do you think the Noctua NH-D14 would be to heavy for me build as it ways like 1.2 kg and i dotn want my mother board to bend or break in half or even crack , so was wondering would it be a safe option and does it screw into the case or is it just into the motherboard ?


Mobo: MSI Z97 Gaming 7
Ram: Corsair CMY16GX3M2A1866C9R Vengeance Pro Series 16GB (2x8GB)
Gpu: Asus GTX 770 Nvidia
Case: Zalman Z11 Plus
Cpu: Intel Core i5 4690K
Hard drive : Seagate Barracuda 3.5 inch 2TB 7200 RPM 64MB 6GB/S Internal SATA Drive
Cpu cooler: Noctua NH-D14

IF you are worried about weight, I'd just get a decent AiO water cooler. I know my last heatsink was too heavy for my motherboard(wouldn't boot up) so that's the route I'm going. Although, generally the more expensive your motherboard is, the better it'll be able to handle the extra stress that a heavier heatsink cooler will give.
If it's a desktop that you will be moving a lot, like to LAN parties, then I would advice against installing the Noctua NH-D14 in that case. The large heatsinks do put stress on the motherboard, but that stress is multiplied many folds when you are moving it.
