Is it safe to continues working on this drive because it is my main hard drive?

With reallocated sectors it will continue to work but will probably get worse in time. And the worse it gets the slower it will be. Id get it replaced sooner than later. The less reallocated secotrs there are a better of a chance you can just clone the new drive
