My budget is 75-80 for the mother board
40-60 for the case

The case is pretty cheap...but supposedly made decently with the amount of pre-installed fans being its biggest selling point for me. It the case I recommend in every build that needs as cheap a case as possible.

The motherboard is pretty much the standard all purpose for a decent price. It being AM3+, having crossfire support, support for 4 RAM modules, and USB 3.0 and SATA 6 Gb/s make it a good deal for that price.
