So a brief intro: I recently bought an ASUS P287Q based off reviews from Tom's hardware and I already have one R9 290x but I am planning to get another one to get better frame rates at higher settings in games. My current Power supply is a Rosewill Capstone 650 watt PSU and it won't be enough for the both of them.

What wattage or PSU would you recommend I get if I plan to overclock, that is around $200?

Just do your research. I can ask questions and do all the calculations for you, but I may miss something, or there may be a manufacturer preference, etc. Always worthwhile to do the legwork on your own. However, sometimes we all need a quick bit of help understanding what tools to do the research with.

Do a search for a PSU wattage calculator. They usually very general, but come very close in calculations. Many have various hardware already listed. If you find a calculator that doesn't have SSD, use HDD anyway, since it'll calculate for a slightly higher wattage. Once you get you number, add 10-20% to the final number. IE: Total shows 750W, PSU to look for should be minimum of 900W.
