I'm looking for specs for a low end gaming rig. I want to play games like tf2, Garry's mod, Minecraft, source games, black ops 2, and skyrim. I want a cheap, low end gaming rig. I have no problem playing games at low settings, as long as I'm getting a solid 30fps. I don't need an os as I have a copy of windows. I don't need big storage because I won't have very large files. If possible, I want the rig to be able to record with fraps with smooth fps. I would like to have a cheap monitor included, I have no problem with low resolution. I would just like the monitor to be widescreen. If that's not possible, I want the PC to only cost $300 at max. Remember that I want a cheap computer that can play the games at low settings with smooth fps.

Use EBAY to you advantage. Since BitCoin mining is dying AMD CPUs are being sold used for cheap. Looking at $60 radeon 7850 GPUs right now.

As for CPU, look into cheap AMD quad cores for $60-$100.
The rest of the part are hard to find cheap, but remember to get 4 GBs RAM, a 500 GB HDD, and pretty good PSU with a compatible MOBO and CASE.
Should be $230 for what I listed, $70 For AMD QUAD CORE (like athlon X4) and radeon 7850 $60. I believe that's $360. It's kinda hard to fit in a Monitor. But If you didn't want to use a TV you can get an APU about $100 and use the savings for a monitor.

First of all, I recommend that you do a lot of research yourself - you learn a lot and you have the freedom of deciding what components to buy yourself, rather than merely taking our word for it.
Building that kind of computer for around $350 is possible. I would start here:

and change parts that you don't want or need! Good luck.
P.S. monitors don't come with the computer ;)
