My BIOS on my saberooth x79 were pretty outdated, like early 2012 (1009 ROM)
I downloaded the SABERTOOTH-X79-CAP-Converter from the website, and renamed it to SABERX79.ROM, and put it on a USB. USB was plugged in the Flash USB in the back, then I went into BIOS and updated from that. But now when it turns on no signal, no display.

Please help! :(
When I get stressed like this I cannot think calmly

I turned off the PC, left it in standby power mode, plugged the USB into the back BIOS flashing USB slot, and held the button there for 3 seconds. The light began to flicker blue for 5 minutes or so, indicating it was flashing the BIOS. I was technically converting my outdated ROM to CAP.
After that, it rebooted like normally after I entered the BIOS to check things out.
I then repeated the process with the latest BIOS
