Hey I bought a Gigabyte R9 270x,
It isn't working when I put it in my computer.
After turning the computer on it says "No Signal" then the screen hibernates.
I have spent a lot of time trying to fix it but I can't seem to get it to work.

CPU: Intel Core i7 2600
Motherboard: MSI H67MA-E35 (MS-7680)
Ram: 8GB DDR3
HDD: WD 2TB SATA III
PSU: Cougar RS 750

It works in other computers, only thing I am thinking is that the PCI slot it broken, or the PSU is not sufficient.

Solution
The PSU should be sufficient.

My first there thoughts would be:
1. The card is not in the slot good, or the PCI-E power connector is not in the card very good.
2. Inside of the BIOS your primary graphics adapter might be set to the onboard graphics instead of automatic or PCI Express.
3. After those I would think the port is broken or something else.

So I would make sure the connections are in really good. Then I would try to boot to the BIOS using the integrated graphics, you probably just need to plug the video into the motherboard instead. Then check the BIOS settings.

If those fail then it might be hardware not working.
