I am currently OCing my GPU and i was reading up on how much to increase the voltage. I was unable to find a solid answer so i was wondering how much i should increase it. I currently am running my HD7870 at a core voltage of 1275mV (stock is 1219mV). Did i increase it to much or can i go further. Temps are not an issue as i have a pretty large fan curve so i do not go over 60 degrees Celsius

other info: I have my memory at 1350MHz and my core at 1200MHz. My power limit % is also at 20%. I am using afterburner and 3d mark to test and apply changes.

Solution
You should increase the voltage by +.1v. Continue doing that until the GPU begins to malfunction (e.g. artifacts). Write down that number and subtract .5v from the max voltage. (e.g. 2.6v (max) -.5v=2.1v) Start decreasing voltage by -.1v until the same or similar malfunctions happen. Write down that number and add +.5v to that number. (e.g. 1.3v (max) +.5v=1.8v) You have now established your overclocking parameters. Don't forget to select your best answer!
Okay. Try increasing the MhZ by 0.5 MhZ. Continue until he video artifacts or the video has severe errors. From there, write down the max MhZ that the GPU failed at. After that, start decreasing the MhZ until the same symptoms or similar occurs. Then write down the lowest MhZ that the GPU failed at. Add +.5 MhZ to the lowest point the GPU failed at, then subtract -.5MhZ from the highest point the GPU failed. (e.g. 250.5 (max) -.5=250.0 or 215.0 (min) +.5=215.5).
