New computer build, can't set RAM to 2133MHz

I just finished building my first computer. Took some work, but it is finally up and running. However, it seems that my RAM will not work at 2133 MHz, as it is labeled for. When I manually set the speed in the UEFI manager, the computer will start, but won't even let me get to the BIOS screen.

My specs:

AMD A10-7850K 3.7 GHz
ASRock FM2A88X Extreme 4+
G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8 GB DDR3-2133 MHz

I've tried to mess with overclocking the CPU, changing the voltage on the RAM, and various other things. Does anyone have any idea on what I may be missing?

if ur memory is 2133, you should be able to use spd or xmp to set it to that speed automatically. I believe the problem ur having, is because when the memory is set to lower speeds automatically, the memory timings are much tighter at the lower speed. when u manually set a speed u must also manually change them memory timings to match that speed. I am not sure on ur mobo, how to use the memory's internal spd or xmp profile, to automatically set the memory timings and speed. On my mobo's bios, I had to enable x.m.p. memory profile 1
yours may be xmp or amp, depending on weather ur memory's spd chip was made by intel or amd, note: xmp dose work with amd proc's

xmp is intel, but that mobo supports it, even tho it's an amd board. due to the fact that many memory don't have amp yet, and I just looked up his board and his memory. his memory has xmp only, so with that board he should be able to enable xmp with no problem

I have messed with the timings for an hour, and still nothing. It won't even boot up at 1866 MHz. Only at the "auto" motherboard selection of 1333 MHz, or 1600 if I choose that.

kinda sounding like u got some bad ram, or mother board, might b time for some rma's for some new ones. after looking up ur board n ur ram, u should b able to set ur ram to xmp memory profile n b done with it, no need to manually set anything.
