I am sure if the OP was a TECHIE he / she wouldn't have posted the message as it reads here on Tom's. Such subscriptions are...

Do you have access to a running computer and a thumb drive? If so, there are many guides for how to build a bootable USB thumb drive. If not, it may be possible if your phone supports a microSD card an you've got access to a USB-based micro SD card reader. I would guess that if you create a FAT32 partition on the SD card and mark it "active," you could just insert the card into your phone, download the ISO, and extract the ISO onto the micro SD card. Take the card out of the phone and put it in the reader in a USB port on the computer, and it might work.

That said, for the $10 it costs to buy a thumb drive and the 20 minutes it would take to follow any of the "how to install windows 7 from a USB thumb drive" guides, I'd just go that route and save yourself some headache.

You can't. A legal purchased copy of Windows from Microsoft via Online is done through River... somthing or other service they use. That service, to verify the legitimate order to allow access to pull down the ISO file (which you need to burn to a DVD) is a WINDOWS ONLY APPLICATION. You can NOT legally get windows ONLINE otherwise.

If you have an MSDN or TechNet subscription, you can download a Windows ISO legally with a mobile phone. You could also download a Windows 7 or Windows 8 Enterprise evaluation using a phone. The ISO file itself isn't particularly hard to come by directly from Microsoft.

I am sure if the OP was a TECHIE he / she wouldn't have posted the message as it reads here on Tom's. Such subscriptions are ONLY affordable by Engineers, tech enthusiasts, and those with MS Certification, which ALL would know the answer already.

Please make sure your sure on whom the OP is before offering a 'geek / tech' answer on Tom's, 95% of the posts listed are by Joe/Jane "HasNoTechClue HELPME!!!" User and thus wouldn't even know what a MSDN even stands for and thinks when you say Enterprise OH it was that new Star Trek movie :D !
