I bought a factory built PC with a nvidia GT 640 and its not fully meeting my needs,
I have some cheap OEM power supply :
-Total wattage: 600W
-Nominal input voltage range:
100-127V (50-60Hz)
200-240V (50-60Hz) (No Idea what the voltage part means)

and am wondering what kind of graphics card I can really swap it out with. I was looking at either a GTX 760/770. Any advice?

How can it only run that if it already runs a Gt 640?
And do you have any suggestions for a good power supply for a GTX 760/770, and any guides on changing a power supply out?
