Z87 BIOS Update prior to using the i7 4790k

Well, Basically, I put together a build ( http://pcpartpicker.com/user/dauntingillusions/saved/32dxFT ) and I read info about the ASRock Fatal1ty Z87 Killer, and I saw that I'll have to update BIOS prior to using the i7 4970k. So, I'm pretty sure it's impossible to update it without the cpu, so is my only option is to get the 4770k instead?

you can update the bios version normally. its just add feature supporting i7 4790k

i7 4790k works fine with the factory 1.0 BIOS, I have been running the i7 4790k for 3 days now and have had no issues with it running at 4.4Ghz, once you have have the PC running just update via the software to 1.4 BIOS.
