Certain games crash my pc

This started about 2 weeks ago but i dident know what to do i asked people who are big into computers but thay couldent help too. what happens is when i load up certin games(black ops 2, rockmith 2014, GTA IV ETC) thay crash my pc i have done myself- clean my pc clear the dust disk defragment, update bios, update graphics drivers, i have a video i recorded too so you can see yourself what is happening - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kk8E1OIGKxI

1tb hard drive
nvidia gforce gtx 260
880wt power suplie
AMD fx 4100 quad core proccesor

Solution
Remove the cpu cooler. clean off the old thermals paste with isopropyl alcohol on it and the cpu. Put a pea size drop of Artcic Silver 5 on the cpu and put the cooler back on properly. Post temps then.

If all's well, you cpu temp should be under 40C

i have done all that the motherbord isnt the best but it gets the job done but if you look at the requirments for the game rocksmith anything should run it i have tryed playing the game when the computers at its coolest same thing the case has been blown out temp is ok
