Is this computer build ok for gaming+recording/streaming at same time?

Hi all, ive posted on this forum a while ago and got some help with my computer build but ive made a few adjustments to it and i want to ask whether this new gaming computer build will allow me to play League of Legends on Ultra settings/performance + Recording OR streaming at the same time and can maintain at least 80+ fps. Below are the specs, thanks for your time and help!

Case: NZXT H440

CPU: Intel Core I7-4770k

CPU Cooler: Stock

I stepped down to a 4690k as the money was put towards a more powerful graphics card as the CPU really isn't a limiting factor and the difference is very negligible. However if you want to save more money go with the original 760 as it should be fine for league. The 770 is just more powerful and will last you longer into the future for these types of games. I also used the Adata 256gb as I wasn't sure what capacity you planned on. Also this list doesn't include the case.
