How do to one system users to work with one computer independently
as if each of them had their own PC and does not not use thin clients and terminal stations

Solution
Seems like you want the opposite of what KVM switch does. Instead of multiple computers using a single monitor, keyboard, and mouse, you are looking for multiple users to use the same computer but on multiple monitors. Please clarify.

If so, the issue if doing that with no thin clients is the computer being able to accept multiple inputs (keyboards, mouse, etc) without conflicting between the users, especially if they are trying to work on the same file or use the same application.

Actually, for what you are talking about is the reason VMWare and clients were developed.
