I run 2 displays in clone mode, but when looking BluRay video via TotalMedia Theatre 6.5, the video is shown only on 1 display, the second stays black (even when not full screen, the window stays black).
It is same with iGPU (Intel i5 4670K) and Sapphire Radeon R9 270 Dual-X graphics card.
One display (showing correct picture) is connected via HDMI, second is connected via Display Port to HDMI (adapter DP to HDMI).
Motherboard Asus Z87 PRO, Windows 8.1 Pro, BluRay image mounted on virtual drive.
Displays: 1. Toshiba TV 42WL863G (HDMI directly), 2. Samsung SyncMaster 2333 HD (DP to HDMI).

I contacted ArcSoft customer service for this issue and got a reply:

Thank you for contacting ArcSoft. I am Grace to help.

Regarding your concern, the problem is related with your graphics card. we are sorry but only Nvidia graphics card supports to run 3 displays in clone mode. AMD card and Intel card don't support this. We are so sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Thank you so much for your cooperation and understanding!

Anything else we can do for this, please feel free to contact.

Wish you a nice day!

Best Regards,
ArcSoft Support

This is a nice answer, showing only that ArcSoft customer support either do not understand my problem either do not know an answer.

Clone mode (2 displays) is working fine with my AMD graphics card (and Intel iGPU 4600 too), even with TotalMedia Theater but only with other video formats than BluRay.
