Hey everyone. I'm building my bugdet gaming PC.
Here are the list of things I have bought:
1WD Blue series HDD
Corsair VS650 PSU
Corsair 8GB Vengeance RAM
Cooler master elite 431 Plus
Now here are the things I'm considering to buy.
Core i5 4570 processor
H87 chipset motherboard (atx or micro atx)
HD 7770 1GB DDR5
Or if the bugdet is extended then the R9 270X 2GB

Please see the things I am about to buy and suggest whether its the right call.
I know I can choose better but please keep budget in mind.
Will this PC be future proof for gaming? Considering the CPU and GPU.

No not really, the power supply is poor quality and neither of the graphics cards are "future proof" especially the HD 7770. 8GB of memory is a becoming too small for high end gaming but it's fine for now.

Would you mind telling me what your budget is?

Forget about the 7770. It is only good for 720p gaming. If you want to game at 1080p then a 270x is a no brainer. I like the CPU and mobo choice.

Ok I see future proof, then I see the word budget... Those two words don't mix we'll together... There is no such thing as "future proof" except for buying the best, as they will use high quality settings for a longer period of time. But your parts list is very good... However I am a Nvidia fan boy and would suggest a gtx 770 SC. But your cards are fine... I will also highly suggest you add at least a 64gb SSD for the op system... It WILL make a difference.. Your CPU is very good choice... I would also suggest an ASUS mobo... They have always been very reliable for me...

There isn't such thing as a i5 4570K, I think you mean i5 4670K, which is more expensive.
