XFX ATI Radeon HD 6670 1GB DDR3 problems while playing

Everytime I'm playing games, my screen turns black and stays like that until I restart the pc, I kept getting some BSOD too (http://i.imgur.com/ri6yqNd.png) I really need your help guys. Thanks.

It could be your power supply failing or a dieing gpu. What are the rest of your specs?

RAM: G.SKill 1333 Mhz
Motherboard: ASRock 960GM-GS3 FX AM3+

Ya you should get a new PSU. I've never even heard of that brand, lol. Look at a Seasonic/XFX/Corsair(not CX series)/Antec/Silverstone. Out of all of them the XFX units are the cheapest and they are manufatured by Seasonic. Here is a good one http://www.ncixus.com/products/?sku=59615&promoid=1215

Have you checked the temperatures? my XFX card was doing the exact same thing and it was an overheating issue.
