Alienware X51 graphics card upgrade

I have an alienware x51 bought 2 months ago for which i am looking to upgrade the graphics card

My Specs are: I5 3330, GTX 645, 8GB ram, 1Tb HDD and the 240W PSU.

I am looking to upgrade the GPU to Zotac 750Ti 2GB or MSI 750ti 2GB (Link at end) mainly because this was the only card available in India that fits the power limits and price bracket; Both cost the same and Game-debate lists them to use 60W whereas my current GTX 645 uses 65W.

My main question being if the card is good or not, and will it fit properly and work without any hiccups. I have googled a lot about it but as i am a noob at this, I want some expert advice.

I am open to recommendations as well but please refrain from posting international sellers since the customs in India are extremely high.

P.S I want to be able to play most games at the best settings since as of now GTX 645 can run most if not all at High. Currently I can run BF4 at Mid with everything off on avg. 50+ fps so I want something better. So please suggest me from between these two or something else

They are both 5.7 inches long, so it should fit fine. Oh and get the MSI one, I've had bad experiences with Zotac in the past
  2. the 750ti is and will be a great upgrade for you.

And yes, I'd go msi over zotech, even at double the price (which its not, put proving point)

Can you please just confirm for once that my 240W power supply can handle the MSI one since seller website flipkart suggests have a PSU greater than 400W but game debate lists the MSI 750Ti's power usage at 60W. I.e 5W less than my GTX 645. Thank you so much. I am very nervous and just want to be sure
