Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 and FX 8320 Good combination ? and what about the overclocking?? :)

Solution
You're capable of overclocking on the GA-970A-DS3P, but it won't be as much as higher-end boards due to the 970 chipset and the lower number of VRMs. This will change the limit of what you will be able to get as a max over-clock.

In short, this board will work for your needs, but if you want better results, get a 990FX/X motherboard.

EDIT: Please remember to add an after-market heat-sink if you plan on over-clocking! (I'd recommend the CM Hyper 212 EVO)
