which psu would be good

finally i chose :"SAPPHIRE R7 260X 2GB GDDR5" i've been told i need 500w power supply so i need help with which one of these two is better: -Fortron Blue Storm II 500W or
- LOGIC 500W ATX 2.2

i have now: 400w psu but on this forum they told me its not very good
amd a4-3400 APU with radeon(tm) HD graphics (2 CPUs),2.7 GHz
4 gb ram
500 gb HDD

A 500W PSU wouldn't be necessary with your system.
I'd personally suggest buying an XFX 450W power supply. They're top quality power supplies (manufactured by Seasonic). They aren't overly expensive (I've seen them as cheap at £34/$35!)
I use one of these in my own build and I can definitely recommend it!

I never heard of hem, which isn't necessarily good.
