moca adapter and router

i have a moca adapter runing a ethernet cable to my computer but i want to have wifi with it to. can i get a router and plug the ethernet cord from the moca adapter in the router then use the ethernet hub from the router to my computer would that work?

Yes be sure to use a LAN port on the new router and disable the DHCP. You actually want a AP but a router is cheaper. You can if you don't care run it as a router using the WAN port but you will have another NAT between the MoCA lan and your new lan.
